Important Notes!!

Only one (1) nomination per organisation is allowed and the nominee will be the best-choice nominee of the organisation.

Nominee shall be below 40 years old on the closing date of nomination.

Closing date: 22nd May 2025.

Proposer shall be the anyone within the association or society who knows the nominee well enough to provide a meaningful endorsement or recommendation.

Seconder shall be the the President or Chairman or Head of the Association or Society.

The Nomination Form could only be submitted by the Proposer once Proposer and Seconder agreed to the nomination and signed the nomination form, and all items in checklists have been completed.
